• Subscriptions auto-renew; cancel anytime before renewal.
• Refunds: 14-day cooling-off period for first purchase (EU consumer right).
• Hungarian law applies.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on HoliVed (holived.com) or accessing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Kőrösi Ádám, operating as a sole trader (egyéni vállalkozó) under Hungarian law, trading as HoliVed.
2. Description of Service
HoliVed is a Vedic lifestyle platform providing:
- holived.astro: Personalised Vedic astrological timing guidance (Muhurta/Jyotish).
- holived.health: Ayurveda-based personal wellness and lifestyle recommendations.
- holived.space: Vastu Shastra-based space energy analysis and recommendations.
All three modules share a single account and subscription.
3. Accounts and Registration
To use HoliVed's premium features, you must:
- Create an account with a valid email address.
- Provide accurate birth data required for personalised calculations.
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Subscription Plans
HoliVed operates on a freemium model. Free plan: limited access. Premium plan: full access to all three modules. Current pricing: holived.com/pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.
4.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and automatically renew unless cancelled. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We will send a renewal reminder by email at least 7 days before annual renewal.
4.3 Refunds and Cancellation
EU CONSUMER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: EU consumers have 14 days from purchase to withdraw and receive a full refund — provided premium features have not been accessed. By accessing premium features, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost upon access (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).
OTHER REFUNDS: Outside the applicable withdrawal period, no refunds are issued for partially used billing periods, except in cases of documented technical failures attributable to us.
UK CONSUMER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: UK consumers have 14 days from purchase to withdraw and receive a full refund — provided premium features have not been accessed. By accessing premium features, you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost upon access (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Regulation 36).
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMERS: Australian consumer law (Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) provides certain guarantees that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under Australian consumer law. Refunds are available where a major failure occurs. For minor failures, we may choose to repair or re-supply the service.
US CONSUMERS: There is no statutory right of withdrawal for digital services under US federal law. Refunds are handled at our discretion in accordance with these Terms.
4.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If unresolved, your account will be downgraded to the free plan. Data retained for 90 days to allow resubscription without data loss.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content — design, code, AI-generated interpretations, Vedic knowledge structuring, text, graphics, and branding — is owned by or licensed to HoliVed. You retain ownership of your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Use HoliVed for any unlawful purpose.
- Share your account or subscription with others.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from our platform.
- Use automated bots or scripts to access our services.
- Resell or commercialise access to HoliVed without written consent.

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Before initiating legal proceedings, contact us at support@holived.com — we commit to responding within 15 business days. EU consumers may use the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
9. Changes to These Terms
Material changes will be notified by email and in-app notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
